The script must be extended by the function that the user can save his bank account, credit cards or
paypal informations in his account.
After the user logs into his account the user should be able to edit, modify or delete his
real estates.
The admin should decide what the prices for the real estate inserts will be in the administration tool.
The user should decide to which category (privat account or business account)
his user account will be associated.
User who have a business account pay only a fee once a month.
The admin of the site schould verify every real estate which will be inserted by the users. After
verifying the new inserted data from the admin the admin should decide if the data should be set online
or offline.
