Build wordpress website and mobile app

We'd like to develop a Wordpress website and preferably be able to convert this into Android & iPhone app. - We will provide the domain and server (through GoDaddy) but will need you to set up the wordpress - There will be two groups of users (let's call it Group A and Group B) - Group A Users enter their profile/ personal info (can be through some wordpress contact form plugins) - Search listing function: All visitors will be able to see a listing of Group A users and I'd like to put in search criteria so they can refine the search according to their preferences. The info of the Group A users displayed will be limited though and if people want to see complete info of the users, they will need to sign up to become a member and pay an amount. This membership will last for a year so the system has to be able to "detect" this - There is only one level of membership for now - I don't expect a huge database of listing as this serves a niche market. I'd guess that at any time, the number of users who fill out the profile to be around 10,000 people or so (and we will remove and update users profiles after a certain period of time) - Payment system (paypal and the popular credit card) has to be added. Membership fee denoted in HKD (Hong Kong dollar) - Would like to be able to type input in three languages (we DO NOT need separate language pages, just need the languages to be next to each other) - A couple other pages for standard things like "About Us", blog posts, etc. (this should be the standard ones that we can add ourselves on the wordpress platform) After these, we want to convert the wordpress website into Android and iPhone apps (free apps). There are a number of plugins for this although we need your advice on whether this is possible for our type of website. The mobile app should include the following specification: - Same functionality as the website (fill out profile, search listing, sign up and pay for membership) - Add an instant messaging system with translation tool (only three languages required). Members (those who have paid for the membership) will be able to communicate with the users (those who have filled up the profile) through instant messaging. - Ideally, if anyone fill in profile through website, the new profile should also be reflected in the mobile app version.
