Build a wine storage optimization application

(If the formatting is all messed up then please download and read the attached Word doc) Wine storage optimization application PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS CAREFULLY AND RESPOND ACCORDINGLY! TEMPLATE BIDS WILL BE IGNORED! Please state which techology you recommend for this application and why. Overview: A wine storage application for a wine production that shows all the different storage possibilities (containers) for any given product. Method of operation: 1. User authenticates to the application 2. User enters (or validates if returning) the quantity and type (size) of available storage container available 3. User creates a new job (job name, job description) 4. User uploads Excel (or csv) file containing a list of the various wines, quantities (volume), origin, rating, etc… 5. A first match is performed, and one or more empty storage containers are selected for each wine. 6. A second match can be performed to optimize storage: allow mixing wines from the same village. The updated storage requirements are displayed (quantity and type of container) for each wine. 7. The results view needs to visually show what storage containers are required and the wine (or wines) that have been attributed to each one. 8. More matches can be done to further optimize storage: allow mixing wines from the same area, from the same press, etc… 9. When the user feels that the wines have been optimized sufficiently, an export is generated (Excel and/or pdf format). Other notes: When optimizing storage, high quality wines (rating above X) and low-quality wines (rating below X) will never be mixed. The optimization will only apply to the mid-range wines. The user should be able to save optimization results at any time and be able to consult them from a History page at any time. The results view needs to show the total capacity of each container, the wines that have been allocated, total space allocated and empty space available.
