Build a Website in CSS, PHP with a MySQL Database

I am looking for a Website Designer to help develop a sports league website using PHP and MySQL database. I will provide the basic layout but website should be designed using CSS, PHP and MySQL database allowing me to update all areas of website using a simple control panel or text and image box (e.g. I want a login button on homepage that allows me to log in with an admin username and password and be able to update text and images on sections of site listed below). I will also need the website to interact and show Twitter and Facebook content from our social media accounts. Main sections of website below: Home page - this will have boxes for latest news, twitter, facebook. News feed - must be updateable with text and images for new news items. Information - basic page with information on league. Text needs to be updateable. Teams - Drop down menu to include men's, ladies, etc. then will have each teams current roster and all time stats. League - External company setting up new statisticss system just need somewhere to put it on this page but will need help integrating this. Clubs - Details of teams, again must be updateable. Contact - Contact details, must be updateable. FAQ - , must be updateable. Downloads - Page with membership forms etc, must be updateable.
