I am looking for an efficient web developer for my personal portfolio webpage. The design, all interactions, and behaviors are already present in an interactive prototype, which serves as an «one-to-one template».
For me, a clear structured code is essential for own adjustments later. The scope will be two scrollable pages and two project pages as a template, which I can customize later by myself.
Preferably all implemented with html5 and CSS and SASS / SCSS. And if possible, based on the ZURB foundation / (or Bootstrap) framework. The responsiveness of the page is very important. I would be happy about an offer. Important: Have a look to the requirement catalog in the attachment and at the interactive prototype.
