Build a Website

Looking for an experienced developer with advanced Wordpress experience (preferably using Polymer components) and cloud image editor APIs (e.g. [login to view URL], 6px, blitley, aviary) to join our project. Project is fun and has potential to make a viral splash. OVERVIEW: Looking to build a web-based end-user image editor into a Wordpress site. User selects a facial image, manipulates zoom / rotation / placement under another layer / effects, and image outputs to an item of clothing that the user can then buy. As an analogy, this editor needs to allow for an uploaded picture to act as a 'face-in-a-hole' at proper scale and rotation, very similar to e.g. jibjab. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: Website needs to be light, fast, and responsive / cross-device (no flash components). It will end up being the main element in our desktop site and in addition our mobile web app (web-based not native).
