Build me a website

I want a website where I can see what lineups football teams have used over time. In the attached file you can see an example (Step 2) for about how I want it to look. That exampe is just for the last five matches but I want it for the whole season, including different cup matches. After each new round the information should be updated. All information seen here is taken from [login to view URL] but using another api might result in little different information which still might be ok. When entering the site I first want to choose league, after that I want to choose season (I actually dont need last years seasons but every time when a new season starts I want it to be automatically updated) and last I want to choose what team I want to see. In the example I have chosen Italy: Serie A -> Season 2019/2020 -> Juventus. Best solution here is probably to have roll lists that always should be available so it will be easy to change team, which means it really shouldnt look as under "Step 1", there I am just trying to show what choises should be made. At minumum I want the leagues: England: Premier league, Italy: Serie A and Spain: La Liga. Of course all teams in every league should be included. I dont know if the best solution is to use API:s or scraping. If using api there might not be much more work including all leagues that is included in the api. There are some things that might be good to think about: Every new season there will be new teams in each league so that need to be updated. Between seasons or during seasons players might get sold or bought to the teams so that must also be updated whenever the squad changes.
