IVAN stands for “Iedereen veerkrachtig door agressie nazorg” (Everyone resilient through aggression aftercare). The aim of the platform is to give employers of an organization the possibility to report incidents of aggression. The platform captures and structures the incidents and communicates these to the right people that are responsible for the aftercare. Besides changing a status of an incident through the platform, it should be also possible to change the status via email by clicking on a URL.
