We want to create a SaaS platform for businesses that can help them make better business-related decisions. The platform will have 2 components : Analytics and Automation. Analytics section will provide the user with simple graphical and tabular forms of data and insights related to their business. In the automation section, the user will be able to set alerts for various triggers. These alerts will be sent to the user via email, SMS or WhatsApp notification depending on his preference. The source of data for both the components (Analytics and Automation) will be through API calls and website scraping (with an interval of 4 hours or less, depending on the end-use of the tool). In the settings section of the dashboard, the user will be able to connect the various API sources. From the Admin section, the administrator can set limitations to the features available to the user. The users will have an option to choose and subscribe from the various available plans. We also want you to estimate the infrastructural requirements and estimated costs associated with the setup. Also, how that cost would correlate with the required features. We will provide the complete UI/UX designs for the platform.
