Build a responsive eCommerce website with some particular requirements

We require a new website to be created with the below requirements. Pages for site to include below 1. Site look, feel and operation a. Please make site menu like [login to view URL] The small images in the products menu would be great for the main categories of shop. 2. Home page 3. About page 4. Social Media a. A Page to display our latest posts and links to Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube b. Social Sharing program. A page that we will add in a form once site ready 5. Shop a. Menu system must look great. A lot of Wordpress and woo commerce menus don’t look that good. 6. Blog 7. Contact 8. Dealers a. On a map and search based on 3 closest to postcode Shop requirements 1. Must integrate with our inventory management software. So Wordpress and woo commerce might be best suited. [login to view URL] 2. must be responsive 3. must be complete site including ssl and integrated on server 4. must integrate with paypal and Tyro payment platform 5. All images must be easily editable from back end. 6. must be able to enter in back end details of our re sellers including locations/Address, and hourly install rate 7. products must be able to enter time to install product in back end. This is used for product install fee quoted. 8. Customer can enter in postcode. a. Site must then list closest 3 installers to their location. Must be closest based on distance. b. it will show distance to their postcode and address. c. If there is a close installer (determined by radius set), the customer can select the installer. d. It will calculate install rate for the product based on installer hourly rate multiplied by product install time. e. Customer can the add this to cart. 9. Payment will be made to us. site will work out what margin needs to be paid to the reseller. This is based on their price vs retail in our system 10. Order details will be sent to reseller including product, customer contact details and their margin and install rate to be paid. 11. Need re seller login area. They can see list of orders where they can view order status. 12. In the re seller login area there needs to be a function where re seller can upload photo of completed work in order to mark as installed. There is also a pdf for them to print with order details and area for end customer to sign as installed and to suitable standard. This can be uploaded back to site. (Add on function would be to have this an app where customer can sign on screen to lodge payment request to re seller). 13. If customer did not select install, then product would just be shipped direct and no further re seller action required. 14. Function for re seller to log in a. Sales mode. Reseller can enter sales direct into our site for a customer. It will show retail pricing and stock availability that they can show customer directly. b. Admin mode. It will show their pricing and also allow them to order additional items like display stands and point of sale items not seen by public.
