Build me a Repair Tracking Suite

I am after a quote on how much it would cost to build the following. Background: I run a computer store. That at the moment use paper job sheets for tracking. After a fully intergrated job book-in, job status/tracking and details system. ie, Customer books in Job, (providing details via a webpage on a tablet, Selects how many items there are (ie, Laptop, Charger etc) and it sends logs this in there. (Better yet, if it can make a print function to our label maker to print their details) After which, our technicians are emailed about the inbound job. with the details of the job that have been provided by customer. After the job has filtered it's way through the queue, and the technician pulls their job from our "awaiting queue" an email (and/or text message [this can be done via API]) is sent to the customer. After the technician has assessed or completed the job (whichever they tag in the admin side panel, it will do the same (email/text message the customer a response) The admin side area is to have job notes, and actions (ie, Reformat of OS, for action.. OS type etc etc for notes) and this can all be put into a pdf report for the customer if required. General details of customer is to be stored in database (ie, Name, Phone Number, Address, email etc. ) if they are a returning customer they should be able to pull up their details to save time in booking in. effectively, what something like repairshopr or [login to view URL] features would be but.. in a custom built interface. so we can self-host this. Would be great if we can add in to-do lists for technicians, and a full email ticketing system. for this, as well as a customer side, so they can see the reports online. Please provide quotes and timeframes on this. further information can be supplied, but as this is in ideas faze, your creativity and feature suggestions would be appreciated. Would prefer this to be PHP/MySQL based, as i have an okay knowledge of it, so if any small bug fixes need doing, i am able to do this.
