Build a Real Estate Website

This project has two parts:
PART 1: FRONT END
We require a website built for our new real estate agency. I have attached our logo for colour scheme reference, and some basic real estate website templates that can be used as a guide.
The site should be primarily designed and built with mobile and tablet usage a priority. I can provide examples of how a typical front end should look using examples such as:

PART 2: BACK END
The website should also have a user account and authentication capabilities:
The users are:
1. Agents
2. Public (buyers, sellers)
Capabilities Agents should have are:
1. Register
2. Log in
3. Add a listing
4. Add seller details
5. Select marketing collateral for property (shopping cart)
6. Details of property to sync to marketing collateral order (agent name, property address, time of auction and similar)
6. Option to send to quote to client, pay up front or in 30 days for marketing order (credit card capability)
7. Comment and notification capability
7. Upload documents and share with client (dropbox integration would be ideal)
8. Capability to eSign documents (docusign or pandadoc integration)
Capability for public (buyers & sellers) are:
1. Register
2. Log in
3. Book a viewing of a property
4. Find an agent (people looking to sell through us)
5. View "my documents" (marketing quotes, invoices and receipts)
6. Approval, comment and notification capability
6. Payment facilities to pay invoices
7. Upload documents and share with agent (dropbox integration would be ideal)
8. Capability to eSign documents (docusign or pandadoc integration)
We can provide a product and service list to be made available in the back end. Pricing will be fixed, and all we need is for our agents to be able to make the selections of marketing products and services they want, edit some details specific to them and their listing and choose to pay now (with a discount) or in 30 days. We have a partnership in place with the printing company so all of the templates are pre-defined and don't require editing by the agent placing the order.
We need the capability in the backend CMS to both:
1. Share share documents across admin, agent and public accounts
2. Generate quotes from the order form in the agent portal to be shared with sellers
We also have a CRM solution which we will need to be able to point the the backend of the website to, and vice versa. This doesn't need to be dealt with in the website build directly, but should be accommodated for.
