I have created a Data base in Google Sheets but it has become too big to remain there so I need a more scale able solution. The data base is used to calculate self employed taxi driver earnings and then create invoices through mail merge to the individuals. A data dump is inserted each week with the individual driver takings, a set of Vlookups and sums then calculate the amount of the takings the driver must pay to us etc. I have a working model in Google sheets available to aid with the coding. Other features I will require will be some kind of form to enable new drivers to be added with their vehicle and contact information etc. I'd also like to have the ability to have different companies with their own set of drivers for our executive fleet for example. I will also require the drivers to be able to login and see their past invoices so it would probably best if it was web based. there are a few more smaller items such as company weekly reporting and some graphs etc.
