Crypto casino, web based crypto wallet for the casino. So first step would be writing a plan and budget, for each element and identifiying the potential tech stack. In my mind the first step is getting a web wallet working with google authenticator and using the rpc calls of the blockchain to execute commands using web UI then you add casino games as plugins, casino, lottory, mini games, etc..
