Basic Invoice Management System on WordPress

Hey Guys,
I am after a very basic Invoice Management System. This is how the system should be able to perform:
1) My Clients should be able to login and upload Invoice with some details like Invoice Number, Description, etc.
2) Before uploading any Invoice, the client should be able to register. On registering I should receive an email, and I should be able to approve or deny the request to join from email.
3) Once the client uploads the invoice with details, the status of the initial upload should be pending and I should receive an email that an invoice has been uploaded by a particular business and I should be able to Approve from email. A lot of my clients are trustworthy so I need an Auto approve option which I select from the settings for that particular Client
(The status of the invoice at any time will be Pending, Approved, Paid. )
4) The Client should be able to edit, delete invoice and upload as many invoices as they want. On Any Action taken by client, I should receive an email.
5) The system should have all basic account settings like forgot password, edit account etc.
6) Once I log in I should be able to see all invoices uploaded by different clients and their status. The status should be a drop down where I can select Paid or Approved. I should be able to download the invoice that the client uploaded. I also need a Request Changes with a description box which I send to client in case there are any changes I find in the invoice. I should also have the right to delete an Invoice. I should be able to search for any invoices.
There is no payment to be integrated. Payment will be done offline. The whole purpose of the system is to receive the invoices from my clients and let them know of the status of the invoices.
I have uploaded a rough wireframe of the working. This is just a rough idea but the system needs to have a good User Interface and well secured with the capability of uploading as many invoices.
