Backend, Native IOS, Android and Dashboard Development for a Mobile Discount Startup

Looking for a backend, native IOS, native Android, and dashboard developer for our mobile discount startup. A little about the startup: It is a mobile application for discounts similar to Groupon, and even more Entertainer ([login to view URL]). However, we focus more on real time discounts, and last minute deals. Unlike other competitors in the market, we provide a dashboard for merchants so they can have full control of their profiles on the application. The merchant will be able to log in to their dashboard, and in phase 3 their Business Native IOS Application, to post and customize deals in real time. As soon as the merchants adds a deal, it will show up in the customer application. Our project will have multiple phases and this is the budget for all first 3 phases. A document with complete brief including features, expectations, timelines, and milestones will be sent to the shortlisted developers. Based on that, we can proceed with the developer or either side can back out. This is a long term project that will go beyond the 3 phases, and any additional functionalities not in the brief will be discussed and paid separately along the way. The following budget is inclusive of creating (Designs are READY. Only execution is required): - Admin panel/dashboard (webpage) - Merchant panel/dashboard (webpage) - Customer Native IOS Application - Merchant Native IOS Application (Identical to the webpage functionalities) Functionalities are extremely basic in this application. Full details will be shared with shortlisted freelancers. Expectations: I will be completely transparent with you, and expect the same in return. Payments will be made on time and feedback will be given as soon as I can. I also expect good and timely communication. Disappearing for days and coming back days later with an excuse is unacceptable. Please note that this startup is personally funded and it is a huge deal for me, I need someone committed who can help make the launch happen and not pull it back. Payment Terms: Payment for application will ONLY be made when functionalities are live on the IOS store. Payments for Dashboard will ONLY be made after dashboard is tested and functionalities reflect successfully on the application.
