automatic postage label for a shop (Royal Mail shipping V2 (REST) API)

Job Description:

I am trying to add an automated postage label to be sent to the website's users which are sellers on the complete a sell. It need a knowledge in API integration with wordpress and woocommerce the api going to be used Royal Mail shipping V2 (REST) API

Requirements:

create a custom plug in to comunicate with royal mail api to get the shipping pdf label

an admin panel (the wordpress admin panel) to view label status if a customer recieved the postage label and the ability for system admin to view the same exact label

plugin settings : to configure api information (The ability to change the postage address of the shop) and other settings like activate deactivate etc.

The customer would receive an email with pdf file which is the label

This pdf file is already generated from the royal mail api and you can get it from the resposn

convert the pdf label to attachement for the email template that comes with woocommerce which mean i can remove it and added it easily

Also, the customer should be able to download the label from their account

Check the attached API documentation.
