Every month, after I send out my Harvest invoices, I want the exact same invoices to appear in FreeAgent without me lifting a finger. The flow is simple: • I raise and email invoices in Harvest. • On the last day of the month (ideally overnight) those invoices—no more than twenty—are copied into FreeAgent with identical line items, dates, amounts, and client references. I am flexible about the data it can also just be amount and client name. • I will continue to add clients to both systems manually; no other data (projects, expenses, etc.) needs to sync. Because the volume is small, the solution must stay inside the free-tier limits of a pre-built integration platform. I am flexible on the tool—Zapier, [login to view URL], or any similar service—as long as it meets three conditions: 1. Runs on a monthly schedule. 2. Consumes zero or minimal credits so the free quota covers up to twenty invoices. 3. Requires no ongoing paid subscription once delivered. What I expect from you: • Set up and document the workflow, including authentication for both APIs. • Map all relevant invoice fields so the copy in FreeAgent is indistinguishable from the Harvest original. • Provide a quick walkthrough (written or short video) so I can maintain or tweak the scenario myself.
