Agency Online Contact Database w/ built-in mass email support

Looking for someone to build an online database for a talent agency with the following:

• Built-in Email Client - important

• Group + Category Support

• Full Preference Interface

• Data Insertion Interface

• Data Modification Interface

• Data Removal Interface

• Automatic Group List

• Group Filter

• Total Entry Count

• Data Export (CSV/TAB/HTML)

• Mass Emails (All contacts / Particular Group) - important

• Category Quick List

• Advanced Sorting

• Ability to sync with MS Entourage (and Outlook if possible) - important

• Sync with Google Contacts or directly to Blackberry contacts - important

• Nice and easy to navigate GUI

Also, if possible, we would like to be able to receive feedback from the mass emails sent on things such as links clicked and who actually read the e-mail.

I have an example of a database that is sort of what I’m looking for, but not the complete package. Please feel free to inquire for more information/clarification.
