We are running a cab aggregator service similar to uber. We have the application and backend available. We need to create a web panel for the application for administrative purpose. If you are bidding for this project, do also let me know the exact quote of yours and the time required.
The web panel will interface with backend and integrate with an existing Issue management system. The requirement for the web panel is as follows:
1. There will be three types of login type viz: Customer Care, Driver Admin and Super Admin
Customer Care Requirement:
2. Customer Care on the landing page should see
a. Total Number of issues
b. Open Issues
c. Issues closed today
d. Red issues: Issues not resolved in 12 hours
e. Luxury Car request should show up when a request comes up
3. Customer Care should be able to Block/Unblock a User/Driver
4. Customer care should see Luxury Car request with a continuous beep sound as and when it comes
5. When SOS button is triggered from passenger the Customer Care screen should show SOS button triggered information.
6. Customer Care should be able to open a issue using issue number/Issues reported by a Phone number
7. When opening an issue customer care should see
Reported Issue : prefilled cannot be modified
User Phone number : Prefilled cannot be modified
Resolution:
Button to close issue, Button to escalate issue to driver admin and escalate issue to management
8. People to call
a. List of trips whose rating were below or equal to 3
b. Click on each trip
c. Form: Was call made to customer Y/N
d. Discussion details of customer issue during trip
e. Inform the issue to Admin-Driver
f. Close the issue
Driver -Admin Requirement
1. Dashboard:
a. No. of drivers online
b. No. of drivers which needs authorization to drive
c. No. of open issues by drivers
d. No. of Closed issues
e. No. of Drivers whose payment is pending
f. No. of blocked drivers
g. Total No of drivers
h. No. of issues forwarded by customer care
i. Driver who cancelled ride to understand why he cancelled ride
2. Authorize Drivers
List of drivers who needs authorization
Click to open a driver authorization request
On click open authorize form. The form shows
a. All documents submitted for authorization
b. Checked all images
c. Button to Authorize Driver
3. Should be able to block/unblock drivers
4. Should be able to manage issues forwarded by customer care
5. Should be able to resolve issues coming from drivers
Super Admin:
1. Should have all info of customer care and driver
2. It should see no of rides where no cab were found
3. Total number of rides for the day
4. No of active rides
5. Should be able to add/delete Vehicle Type
6. Should have a setting page with around 10 different settings
7. Should have a place to provide push notification for driver/passengers or both
8. Should be able to see driver location when input with driver phone number
9. Should be able to see table of issue escaled, Drivers Unblocked/Blocked and Users Unblocked/Blocked
