Admin Console Dashboard CRM
Supplier Module:
1. So various software suppliers who are supplying software to the company, they will be able to register and login on CRM.
2. Their registration will be admin approval
3. Each supplier's software will be mapped in the CRM like what software they are delivering.
4. For each license admin will map a supplier, the same supplier will be able to see the related Reseller's|EndClient's queries interm of comments|Feedback. The reseller and end client wont be able to see any detail of the supplier.
5. The end customers who have purchased the license they will be able to put a note on the license, in case they want any type of support. This note will be visible to the suppliers and admin.
6. There will be notifications for the suppliers when a note is putted by the Reseller|EndClient|Admin, if the new order requested from the Admin
7. Supplier info will be visible to admin only, and supplier mapping also will be done from admin only
8. Each supplier cant see the details of any other supplier.
9. In the notifiction if any new order request from Admin then Supplier will issue the license to Admin and also mention the date.
Admin Module:
1: Admin can request for new License from the selected Supplier.
There should be page for Order New License
By entering Fname, Lname, EmailID, PhoneNumber, CompanyName. Select Subcription year (i.e., 1year,2years,...), Order|Quote Number and Select Supplier then Submit.
2: Admin can issue license to Reseller there should be Order number same order number on every each issued license for identification by selecting or entering.
NOTE: For each license Order|Quote Number will be same and Unique, Order|Quote number will help Admin to identify the supplier that this order number Admin requested the new license from ABC supplier, also can see the license details(Fname, Lname, EmailID, Select Subcription year (i.e., 1year,2years,...), Order|Quote Number).
3: Admin can issue license to EndClient directly by selecting the reseller then can add EndUsers. There should be Order number same order number on every each issued license for identification by selecting or entering.
4: Admin can Edit Every details Like suppliers,Resellers,EndClients, EndUsers and Issued License etc..
Reseller Module:
1: If the license is issue to Reseller then can trasnfer to EndCLient, also can add EndUsers in to issued license.
2: If the Admin directly issue the license to EndClient, Reseller can see in CRM portal,also can add EndUsers in to issued license.
3: If any remarks for each license can submit note then Admin and Supplier can see.
EndClient Module:
1: Can add EndUsers into each license.
2: Can submit remarks if any issue in license.
NOTE:
License Workflow:-
1. Admin will request license from the desired supplier.
2: Supplier will issue the license.
3: Admin has 2 options to issue the license:
[login to view URL] can issue that license to reseller then reseller will transfer that license to EndClient
[login to view URL] can directly issue the license to EndClient selecting reseller detail then also can also Add EndUsers in the license.
4. When a license has been issued from Admin to Reseller than, Reseller can transfer that license to their EndClients.
5. Once the license is going to expired then EndClient can request for Renewal, that request will notify to Admin and Reseller. There should be option to renew the license after issued the license from supplier.
NOTE:
If the license issue to Admin by supplier so that license has will be issued only once that license can't repeat again in the crm.
There should be Quote/Order Number for each license.
