Add Video Counter To Videos on My Website

Hello,
For some reason, the video views for Videos #6 and #7 on my website [login to view URL] are not showing accurate counts.
We know that we are bringing in over 1 million visitors per month and my other videos have high counts, but these two videos (#6 and #7) do not reflect an accurate number of views.
The website is done in WordPress and we want a plugin or whatever is needed to be added so that each separate video shows its unique and accurate views.
Additionally, we want separate links for each video on my homepage that will direct people to a particular video or section on the web page as well as allow them to see what other videos that there are on the homepage.
Ideally, we want a system that will allow us to add new links for each new video that we upload to the website.
These links should take them to an area on the page, but not necessarily to a specific and direct link to a video, since it is harder to promote and drive traffic to a particular video.
Whoever can assist us with this project will be delivering us a Gold Mine.
