Add "Counter" function in Android App (tablet and phone)

Background: We have developed web backend, web payment and Android App. We need a freelancer to implement “inspection counter” function in the App. We charge customer based on number of inspection reports that they generated. In our code, users can create as many inspections as possible through our existing system. Scope of Work: For each inspection, user can generate 3 reports (both Android phone and tablet). When user taps “Generate Report” icon, the 1st report will be generated, the counter should minus by 1, but when user generates the 2nd, 3rd report for the same inspection, the counter will keep the same; What you need to do: 1. Code change: Update our PHP API code (update counter in database) for generate report; 2. UI change: a) At report generation screen, there would be a popup sentence every time once user clicks the “generate report” button. The popup will say “You can still generate reports for X inspections” (X is the report counter value, after user clicks the “generate report” button). Please see existing report generation screen attached; b) At profile screen, change to the new UI, which adds the “report balance” area. We can provide you the updated PSD. Please see existing and updated profile screens attached. c) The tablet UI is similar to Phone UI. Tablet is horizontal while phone is portrait. Example: Note Step 1 and 2 have been implemented, thus it’s not in your SOW. 1. New user purchase 10 reports through our system, so the report counter will increase from 0 to 10; 2. The same user creates 5 inspections. Let name the inspection A, B, C, D, E; 3. The same user generates the 1st report for Inspection A. The counter will be changed to 9, and there is a red sentence pop up “You still can generate reports for 9 inspections.”; 4. The same user generates the 2nd report for Inspection A. The counter will remain the same, and there is a red sentence pop up “You still can generate reports for 9 inspections.”; 5. The same user generates the 1st report for Inspection C. The counter will be changed to 8, and there is a red sentence pop up “You still can generate reports for 8 inspections.”. Technology: Java, PHP, Android Studio Development Schedule: 1 week max
