Able Constructions is a building and construction company. We need to build a CRM that includes the following components:
1. Contact and document Manager
2. Manage estimator schedules
3. Book site inspections to estimators
4. Mobile app for estimators to define project components, collect measurements, quantities and images.
5. Output to costing schedule
6. Create formatted quotes for clients
7. Create jobs from accepted quotes.
8. Project manage jobs, trades and resources, materials
The system needs to be open to multiple users simultaneously, scalable, have other modules developed without starting over, enable multiple entities to be managed and be easy to use.
Our budget is flexible, but want to agree on a fixed price for the whole solution.
