Develop a basic HTML web interface that shows a string of text

Setup a basic HTML web interface that shows a single string of text. Basic GET and POST requests from a third party will be performed on this web interface, in order to read alphanumeric data contained in the strings. Access to this web interface is granted once an IP address is validated. The string of text that will be shown in the web interface, must be obtained by a programming code capable of executing pre-structured Java commands, using a program already running on a cloud Linux server. Once data is read from the server, it must be formated in a text string that will be printed on the web interface. A consecutive number must be generated and sent within each Java command that is executed. Java commands are already developed and working properly, when they are typed and executed manually in the server interface. I need plain text web interface with a programming code, capable of executing the Java commands automatically once the web is accessed through Internet. The programming code must send back data (alphanumeric string of text) to the server, once strings of text are shown on the web interface, by using a predefined format. Data that will be sent to the server, must contain alphanumeric data and random digits 0-9.
