I need someone to make 4 changes to my existing Arthemia Wordpress theme.

2. Change the order of two elements in the sidebar. The attached pdf shows the details for these first two changes.

[url removed, login to view] theme to allow visitors to sort articles by most recent or most commented in category view, with the default set to most commented. They are currently listed by most recent.
