Website changes and fixes

We want some website changes and CSS fixes .. This website: [login to view URL] to be updated to the attached .. The top content box needs to be changed to one whole node instead of just a video node and a hard coded button. The box borders have changed and the theme needs to reflect the new borders. There is a new newsletter image and we need it to float over the other content. This is most likely better done from within the node. There is a small bug in the CSS top left and bottom left bar areas at high resolutions. The design breaks and there is a gap in the bars.
