Web Application - Random Sampling and Report Generation

A competent programmer is required for a logic-intensive web application named TRAP. The TRAP system is designed to assist US transit agencies meet the federal reporting obligations by providing tools for the following functions: - generating sampling assignments; - collecting and storing sample data; and; - generating reports The preliminary design, including database design, is complete.
