Template For Classifieds - Liquid Layout

Hi,

I am looking for a template for a classifieds site that should be a LIQUID LAYOUT that ADJUSTS TO all screens ranging from 7" TABLETS, NET BOOKS, IPADS TO DESKTOPS(32 " AND POSSIBLY MORE)

NOT ENTIRELY COMPULSORY, BUT Possibly this should be viewable with mobile browsers as well(mostly smart phones) which could then use the touch screen ZOOM feature for better view/usability.

I have a mock up design idea as well with me , possibly you can create your own or refine this one.

Please provide samples in case you have prior experience with Liquid Layouts

Once you provide me with the template, i'll integrate it with my site/php code and you will need to perform any final fixes to the design/template in case they're needed after integration.

If you understood the work, please put 'understand liquid layout' as first words in your bid as well as briefly mention your understanding of the project.
