Slight redesign of website homepage with flash image slider added

I need the homepage of my website rearranged to follow the mock I have provided. The bulk of the work will involve creating a flash image slider. The website is in asp.net so the page could be made in that or completely in flash. I need the flash to read the text from an XML file and the images from a specific folder. This is required to allow the flexibility of changing the images at any time. The rest of the redesign will involve removing items from the page with slight movement of the remaining pieces. I have attached a screen shot of the existing homepage, a mock up of how we would like the homepage to view, and a description explaining the mock up and how we would like the slider to work. *Note: for the attached file you may need to rename it with .zip at the end to open it. ## Deliverables The .zip file attached may need to be renamed with .zip extension to open
