We have installed on a local server Trixbox v220.127.116.11 (on a Centos) and our server is accessible via http to view and change configurations.
Our Trixbox installation seems complete and our Trixbox can connect to the internet
Now we have a lack of experience to set it up properly, we need the following help:
- Get our Trunks to work (we have a Keyyo SIP account, and a DID (for inbound) from DIDWW)
- Setup proper in and out routes and rules to get the calls forwarded to a local soft phone extenstion for the keyyo number and to a simple IVR menu for the DIDWW number.
- Design/setup a simple IVR menu that will ask the customer to enter his account number, then we need to check this account number in our mysql database and reply to the client with this name or a specific voice message to say we recognize him (so we can understand how we can link IVR to our database)
- Prepare for us a HOWTO for the above actions so we can understand how it works.
This task could allow us to identify a Trixbox expoert for further/bigger task/projects on our Trixbox, as this first installation is for testing.
