Magento upgrade

First bid I would like done is:

I have a site that needs to be upgraded to latest version of Magento or a new install and files transferred. I had a previous person from freelancer who was going to do that as well as SEO, but it turns out they messed it up instead. now when i try to log in i get an exception error and have to refresh the page to log in?

Second bid of project is:

I would also like to sychronize my Magento and Ebay and Amazon store

Inventory. I know there is an extension called M2E that supposedly can do this but my items have different skus on amazon than ebay so not sure if that is a problem.

please only bid if you are qualified to accomplish this also. I will not pay until project is completed due to my last experience on freelancer.

I prefer someone located in the usa so i can call and talk on the pnone

OK so some of you are not clear when bidding please state the bids for the upgrade and then a bid for the inventory synchronizing.

please provide some detail of the job not just "I can do this" or "here are the websites i have done"... too many canned responses!
