Macromedia Flash Modify Existing Template for Artist (Painter)

We are purchasing a template called IMAGEVIEWER PLUS XL from www.imageviewerplus.com. Check out the template here so you can see it. All files provided are described on this site. We need this template modified as follows: 1-The top of the screen where it says "Imageviewer Plus XL" in a script-like font, that whole section needs to be removed so the image area can be higher. 2-On the right when you click on an image or menu item, the image appears to the left surrounded by a white "frame" around the image. We need that frame to be black since the background picture we put in there will be black. 3-When a picture appears, on the bottom right of the frame is a "description" box which you click on to get a description of the picture. What we want is when you click on a picture, the description attached to the picture displays in a 1" x 4" area to the bottom right of the "image area" (not on top of it). This bottom right area will be immediately left of the About Us, Contact Us and Slideshow area (look at the template for specifically what we mean). When the image is closed, we'd want the description to go away. 4-Remove the layer in the flash file with the oscillating vertical bars. 5-Somewhere we want big left and right arrow icons so the user can scroll through the images in the "gallery" that's chosen. That way, they don't have to click on each icon one at a time. 6-Remove the "audio control" on the bottom right, don't need it. 7-Move the "slide show" function to where the audio control is now. We will do all the work such as editing the XML files to put in our own pictures and text, as is described in the information on the template. When the project is finished, the bidder will deliver us a self-executable from Flash. We understand Flash has this feature of creating a self-executable .exe file. Bidder agrees not to disclose or distribute original or final template or any work product. Further non-disclosure to be provided. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform FLASH MX
