HotorNot.com Clone

I'm looking for someone to create a website that's similar to HotorNot.com. Just visit [login to view URL] and that's basically the website I want. Each user can vote for a person just once (IP tracked). In order to post a photo an user should signup before, while for voting you don't need to be a registered member. The website should present a forum too (I will provide forum php). When a member signup for the website, he/she should be automatically signed for the forum, with the same password and username. That means members database and forum should be integrated. You must provide logo design too.
