Help making a few modifications to DragDropCart

I purchased a script called DragDropCart and need a hand with a couple small modifications.

- Script should be adding taxes based on location, but it's not. Will need to locate the reason it's not populating to the final bill and fix it. Same with the shipping rates.

- Modify the coupons module so that they will only work on purchases over a certain dollar amount only.
