Great PHP/CGI / web techy person needed

As the job title suggests, I need to find myself a great PHP/CGI / Web techy type person - someone I can call upon regularly to upload scripts to my server to help me enhance my website and do a range of other technical jobs. I will need design assistance from time to time but I can get this from other sources. My current requests are: 1. I need you to upload a new Patch for my affiliate program - very simple for coders. This is what I was told that has to be done: "If you have PHP version 3.0.x just download and upload the latest PAP patch and overwrite all your old files. For security reason backup all your PAP files and database first. If you have version 2.0x or lower, please read user's guide." - I can email you all the instructions / files you need. 2. I need you to set up my shopping cart that is part of my hosting service ([login to view URL] ). It has to be integrated with my affiliate program so that all my affiliates get their commissions. The problem with my current shopping cart is that many affiliate sales are not registering as affiliate sales.
