Flash Dynamic ImageViewer

The ImageViewer is a Flash based application that is used to display a collection of images on a web page. The functionality and requirements should be the same as: [login to view URL] ImageStrip ??" Displays multiple images at a time in a 2 dimentional array. Examples of this layout can be found here: [login to view URL] The animation should show a smooth linear flow of the images. When the webpage is displayed it will not load all images at once, but will load them in an efficient sequential manner. The image array will have a fixed height and a variable width based on the space available in the browser. The control should work if multiple instances of the control are placed onto the same web page. Image sizing is based on a combination of the size of the control and the size of each image. If an image fits into the available space, then it will be displayed in its original size. If an image does not fit into the available space, then it will be scaled so that it keeps its original proportions and uses the maximum size that will fit in the available space. If the height of an image is smaller than the available height, then the image will be vertically centered in the available space. For example, if an image is 400 x 500 and the control is 250 x 250 then the image should be scaled to 200 x 250. When the user moves the mouse over the control, the following effects will be displayed: A header area will be eased in on or above each image that shows the title and description of the image. Additional mouseover effect like where thumbnail gets a little bigger or thumbnail has lighting effect. When a thumbnail is clicked it will display the enlarge view of the image. NO images should be downloadable. Please disable any right-click option. Under the enlarged view of an image there will be an image description box. The admin can enter the content for this box in HTML format in the XML file. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
