1- With eBay listing program: Several of the items on eBay relisted randomly to have 2 listings of each item when there is only supposed to be 1 of each. Exceptions to this are the caution tape bags, license plate purses, seatbelt buckle purses, 2 belt categories (airplane and cadillac) and keychains (of which NEVER listed). These categories had sufficient inventory to do so, but did not relist. The keychain category is new to the database since Jared left, so this may be a trigger of it not listing. When I go to the "eBay Robot" section of [url removed, login to view] it says that we only have 2 listed of each item (2 listed in 1 single listing), even though there are actually 2 listings of 2 each currently running for these items. Items double listed to eBay at about 9/23/2009 20:00 and shortly thereafter in belt categories Acura, Chevrolet, Chrysler, Classic, Corvette, Dodge, Ford, GM, Honda, Hummer, Jeep, Lincoln, Mustang, Nissan, Pontiac, Viper (all but Airplane & Cadillac- the only difference I know between these two and the rest is the prices- airplane and cadillac are more expensive, and I believe are listed in different areas of the "eBay robot" screen of the admin section) in brown, green, pink, red, & white colors only (no other patterns, etc.). The whole pacifiers category double listed as well.
2- Jared has an "Edit Product Details" tab where I can edit the current products (ie change eBay price, website description, photo URLs, whether to list to eBay or not, etc.). All of the items were listed there for editing, but when I added the keychains to the database, only every other item in the keychain category shows up (ie all products with odd number product ids 1451, 1453, 1455, etc.). This might be tied into the problem of not listing and duplicate listing?
3- When items are completely sold out on eBay (ie when both Checkered Pink Airplane belts are sold that were listed) they are supposed to relist the next time the robot runs. They are not relisting at all as far as I can see, which is a big problem (maybe the MAIN problem???).
