Wordpress MU or Wordpress 3.0 installed on existing blogs

I have 5 domains with existing blogs (a couple of which already have separate blogs on directories already) that need to be converted to either Wordpress 3.0 or MU.... Basically I need someone to backup my existing files / pages / posts / designs / and databases and put on the new platform.... Looking to build long relationship with consistent work for person with best bid..... must have extensive mysql and html experience and knowledge to deliver what I'm looking for.... I also have a few new domains that don't have anything on there that need to be installed too. Please understand GOOD English!....that takes good initiative on solving problems and making sure the entire site works before completion.
