Wordpress Theme Redesign

We have purchased the elegant design theme pack and are wanting to redesign it to suit our business look.
We want it to look similar in style to [url removed, login to view] but with different colour styles. We like the way their boxes etc look. We don't need overly elaborate features but will need a few things that can be clarified later. We also need some generic images to fill the slider box that relate to accounting etc in the short term as we will replace them later. It is paramount that we are able to edit all the pages and edit and add etc without changing the way the theme looks. We need to be able to add contact pages and info pages easily.
We have a short time frame and need to get this done with the next 5-7 days. Need to speak very good English and understand our requirements clearly. Please ask for clarifications if unsure.
