Wordpress Issues with IE6, IE7 and IE8

I am having challenges with formatting of a new WordPress website. It appears to have problems with IE6, IE7 and IE8. It shows up fine in Safari and Firefox.

I have attached a document which provides a link to the website and screen prints to demonstrate the problems I am having. I am looking for an experienced WordPress and PHP developer who can quickly fix these issues.
