Need customization of a WordPress theme.

1) We want to be able to build multiple Pages that pull Posts by Category. The theme we're using (Finesse) only allows one Page to do this. In addition, we'd like the Page template to display the posts in a two or three column full width grid, no sidebar.

2) We'd like a sidebar widget that will dynamically generate Related Posts vertically.

3) We'd like a mailto link that will dynamically generate the Subject line based on the Page or Post the user clicks from.
