Live Edit Wordpress Theme - repost

Please do not bid if you are not able to comply: We are looking for wordpress/Jquery expert developers, we seek to develop a specific wordpress theme. When the user is logged he can change directly (on live) the settings as the profile, background color or image, content, Layouts, Logos, Colors Fonts... All customization options should be placed in a slide panel on the top of the Page. Live Edit Options: - Content edit : title, sub-title, description, footer text only / font and size adjustments - Profile user edit : login/pwd + links + bio - Theme appearance edit : background color or image cover, Layouts(2 kinds: full page, and page with sidebar) - 4 simples drag and drop widgets on sidebar area (simple text widget, contact form widget, social links widget, simple media widget) - Very Simple Stats view We can provide what we started but it represents only 1% of the project. This theme must be designed in a one page builder and responsive (well designed, friendly user, simple and beautiful). Must have experience in Twitter Bootstrap(Flat-UI interface), WordPress, PHP, Jquery. we are open to proposals for development, must be rendered easy to use and friendly design interface. The deadline for this project is around "1 Sept 2013". Looking for serious, experienced/proper coder and good communication freelance.
