WP & BuddyPress EXPERT Needed

We are building a buddypress/wordpress based community with a range of extra features - including an online shop.

We need an EXPERT BuddyPress developer to help us customise a few minor features throughout the site.

This project is just for one of the features we are looking for, however, if completed successfully you will slowly be given more and more of the features we need completed.

What we need:

Our service will be available in a number of regions and therefore need to be able to customise the content of each site separately.... We understand that this can be achieve by having multiple site installed using multisite feature of WP - which we have installed.... From there, each region will also have different locations/areas within it, in which users will need to be categorised under. For example:

Region A has areas 1, 2 and 3

We want a user of location A1 to see different content on some pages to a user from A2... This wouldn't be for ALL pages, just some pages and possibly some sidebars also would vary. In particular we want this to link in to an advertising platform that we want to integrate throughout the site... We are open to suggestions on this though.

NOTE:

We have currently set up a multisite WP with buddypress installed and a number of other plugins also - no code edits have been made.
