Real time processing: Time and attendance system: We have a finger print scanner that when the button is pushed it sends signals to the COM port the signals are in packets of 13 Bytes. We need to recognize the signals and select the ones we need to store in database (Ids) and the rest to do some other actions (setting the device, or deny or accept entry) we have the project finished but it is done in a very messy way we need someone to clean this mess-up. There are around 25 vb forms, 4 modules and 11 reports the back end database is MS Access.
