General We are looking for an exact clone of Elance.com. The website must have a professional look, be easy to use and fast loading, search engine friendly, high quality developed with complete source code. We must be able to make changes (f.e. in buttons, colours, backgrounds, layout, etc) to customize it to our requirements, so do not want encrypted codes. If you are able to deliver a fully working script with these features but looking like Elance, please react and provide demo of earlier work.
