DNS Lookup

I have a list of IP address in a database table. I'm interesting in a simple software that adds the reverse DNS lookup in a field in the table. VBA with MS Access could be an ok platform for this task (VB should be avoided, VBA is more flexible for installation). If you strongly prefer you may base it on mySQL/MS-SQL or text files instad of a database, but please let me know when bidding. In addition, I'm interested in the following: Adding GeoLite country/city data (files are available at the URL below) and possible WHOIS data for mostly .com and .de domains (from e.g. [login to view URL]). TABLE * IP * DNSlookup * DNS lookuptimestamp * GeoCountry * GeoCity * GeoLitetimestamp Maxmind GeoLite Country/City [login to view URL] The program will set timetstamp on lookup, and on future runs of the software ignore lookup for those IP's that have a timstamp value to avoid double look-ups. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
