Develop for Windows and Mac Desktops, a Print Monitor applet which re-orders toner

Develop for Windows and Mac desktops, a small website downloadable app ( aka software agent - with easy to use installation script/wizard) to monitor selectable laser printer and optional inkjet printers ) on the desktop and then allow auto or manual re-ordering of the toner cartridge ( optional ink cartridge and printing paper ) once the toner/ink/paper level reaches a certain level ( ie 30% left ). The app will load at startup and operate in the taskbar and will need to be able to read its config file from install script ( and this config needs to be able to be updated via web site and new config pushed to the machine ) and disabled by us from our website. The app will talk to our website - and successful programmer will need to work with our web developer - to access our web based shopping cart and customer accounts to allow auto orders from the customers desktop via their account with us when the printer's being monitored reach the level of consumable ( toner, ink or paper ). The app ( when configured ) - in manual order mode prompts the user via a pop up to reorder via our website account and in auto order mode just advises the user via email from the website that the order has been placed. App will be called Printer Friend Applet.
