WordPress Theme to Match Look of Existing Website

Job Description:

I am creating a blog in WordPress for an attorney at [url removed, login to view] that needs to match the general look of the HEADER, FOOTER and NAVIGATION of his law firm's website, at RainesLaw.com. I do not want to follow the look of the main portion of the [url removed, login to view] site (photos, etc.)

I prefer that the theme be developed on the framework of an existing theme, such as Twenty Eleven or Weaver.

I will also specify the headline and body copy fonts, and will have some other requirements easily fulfilled with standard plugins.

Bidder must have experience in WordPress, PHP, etc.
