Wordpress Theme Customization

I have 4 or 5 wordpress template themes, and each one of them has features like jquery scripts, codes, shortcodes, layouts, such as sliders, toggles/ expander, loop, typography, menu navigation, tabs, etc

I want to combine some features from each themes and combine them into a single wordpress theme. You need to make it work with the selected theme to work with the design aesthetic.

This project is simple: an integration of various theme features, scripts into one. You dont need to design or start from scratch. Just to get started. Later this project can get expanded, so

I need a wordpress developer that has the knowledge to enhance wordpress scripts using php. mysql, add plugins, create an advance registration, etc. Be able to create manageable features using wordpress dashboard so admin has options to select sliders, page templates, etc.
